No, you can't "monitor" email that is deleted, unless you do it before you empty the trash bin in each email system. No matter who provides the email service, this is going to be the case. Email is not collected anyplace except in a deleted box or trash bin. Once that's emptied, the email is gone. It is not recoverable by any means.
Hi. First of all, not knowing the age of your son, I would be REALLY careful on the placement of the heater. Proximity to bed, drapes or other flammables. If you are wanting to place this heater on the wall and it's in a safe place, first you must consider the size of the heater. (You didn't specify the size) If it is a large heater that is meant for wall mounting, there must be either brackets or holes drilled in the back of the heater made for wall mounting. You may want to look carefully at the manual that came with it. They will usually give you a few options for mounting for different situations. I would be surprised if they did not. For a surface mount application, the best way to secure heavy objects to block walls is to use what they call "wedge anchors." You will need to drill the proper sized hole meant for a specific sized wedge anchor for each screw that you are going to need to complete the mounting. Ex: If you are going to need 4 screws, you will also need 4 wedge anchors, and I would also use 4 washers to be placed between the screw head and the heater for even better security. It would be best to make some sort of template to mark where the holes go before you drill them, that way the heater won't be in your way as you try and drill. As for the drill bit, the best bit for drilling into brick or cinder block is what's called a masonry bit. Make sure that you get the right size bit for the size of the wedge anchor you're using. (Any hardware store can help you with this and all of the parts I have mentioned are very common to all hardware stores) If this is a small, portable electric heater, you could put up a shelf using heat resistant materials, 2 shelf brackets and wedge anchors as well. Then, for a kid's room, secure the bottom of the shelf to the shelf brackets with wood screws, and secure the bottom of the heater to the top of the shelf. Which leads to how to use a wedge anchor: 1. Pre-mark holes using the heater or shelf brackes as a template. Mark with a pencil. 2. Use a drill and a masonry bit to drill your holes. Make sure you drill deep enough so the entire wedge anchor will fit into the wall, flush with the wall. 3. Insert wedge anchors and tap lightly with a hammer or the back of your screwdriver until flush with the surface of the wall. 4. Place the screw through the washer and screw in all about half way. 5. Make sure the heater is level and tighten screws the rest of the way.
Whether you are mounting a wall heater or a shelf for a portable heater, make sure that you mount them level! It could become a safety issue if you do not! If you don't have one, it may be worth your while to invest in a small "torpedo level." They are fairly cheap and are also a common hardware store item. Good Luck!!
Not the best place, heat is bad for electronics, but I wouldn't think the 120 or 130 degrees coming from a heater would ruin it very quick. Another factor is that TVs seem to attract dust electrostatcally, and a heater would be circulaing air past it. You might have dust problems, too- a cleaning problem, and also bad for electronic innards.

If you like the tree, just take some small rope or large string, synthetic not cotton or manila as they won't survive much dampness, and wrap it tightly a number of times around the tree. Then, or during the wrapping process, you can attach hardware to hold the sign up. I'd suggest things called quick-links, or maybe shackles. I can't tell from what you say how sturdy the sign is but there must be a way to get a couple of eyes or strong holes or something on the sign, and then the quick-links or shackles can go through those. This method is sturdier than it sounds. It's holding up my 40 feet of clothesline right now. Enough turns of rope around the tree creates enough friction to hold things up. You could also use just the rope, winding it around the tree before and after passing through the hardware or holes in the sign.

The refresh rate is how quickly the screen picture is rescanned.
The wrong refresh rate will not hurt the monitor if supported by the video card.
The refresh rate can give you a headache due to flickering in the picture, set it high enough to prevent that [normally about 75 hertz].

The motherboard's onboard video port is usually disabled if you have an add-on video card inserted into an expansion slot. I don't think that will work.
No harm in trying though, so give it a shot and see what happens.
There is no app that can not that. However, the method you need to follow, is to actually open those folders and manually check to see if there are any mails in it that you want. Whether it is Gmail or any other: Go into the spam box and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the 'Not spam' button and it will be returned to your in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.
Also, make sure that address is in your address book, as it helps to ensure that address as a "safe" one.
Go into the 'trash' box and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the 'Move' button, click on the 'inbox' link and it will be returned to your in box.
If any mail was permanently deleted, it is long gone and lost to you forever. They can not be retrieved. If there are any mails you are not sure of, make a folder to hold them in until you are sure. So check first, delete last.
