Double-sided wax paper (available at any serious photo dealer). You can iron it in yourself. It takes temperature and feel experimentation if you're dealing with delicate emulsion prints. Much, much less care if they're printer outputs. To wit:
Place print over frame. Place buffer (cloth is what I use, but some transparent polymer coverings exist; I bought mine in Japan, but I haven't looked on the Web). Take iron (and keep thumb OFF the steam!). Iron print until wax melts both beneath the print and above the mount. Trim as necessary (but it's better and easier to get it precise before you apply heat).
That's for museum quality mounting. If decades-long longevity isn't an issue, there's always pressurized spray glue applied to the back of the print and the face of the mount. And longevity is also dependent on your media. If it's printer output, it depends on the printer and might be good for a century or two (or a whole lot less!). If it's a selenium tinted platinum-palladium print, it can potentially outlive the pyramids, under the right storage conditions.
Since few people really print nowadays, I hope someone can point you at low-acidity archival glue. But if you're serious, use wax.

Are the walls internal walls or external walls? Interior walls can have a 1×2 or 1×4 nailed to them and then the drywall can be placed over it. Same with the exterior walls. The only difference is that I would put insulation in the 1" cavity and put a vapor barrier (plastic sheeting) over the insulation to keep any moisture that may seep in through the brick to the drywall.

Well not really not and have it stay up. The pressure of the dirt it contains is pushing it over. You could dig some of the dirt out set it back up and drive rebar into it to hold it. A better solution are retaining wall blocks available at Lowe's Home store. inexpensive and a good fix. Good Luck

I followed that advice and was able to change speed bags fairly easily on that swivel.
But if you don't have the retaining ring pliers, then you are just going to have to spread one end of the locking pin with a small screw driver and then use you hands to remove it, once you get the hang of it it is pretty easy.
