My touchmate 20.1 lcd monitor has a red dot on the screen?

I bought a touchmate 20.1 lcd yesterday. but it has a red dot in the middle of the sreen and I tried to get rid of it. but it's still there.. Please help me.. I want to get rid of this little dot.. I can't see it on white background but it appears on every dark background...
please help me
