I have a hp flat panel small lcd monitor with my pc, and the power light keeps flashing when I turn it on, I tried everything, it seems if I wait long enough and leave this light blinking, it'll eventually turn on, i checked all the cables and everything, but it still does this, why?

Wow ive never heard of this before. Maybe i would see if your warrenty is still valid cause this seems like a manufacture problem
Is the fault replicated on another PC if you plug this monitor in? If so, I would get it checked out with the manufacturer.
hi truth, recommend that you hit start>setting>control panel go to power options and set your computer to balance first option then go to system and check to see if you have any conflicts. if you do remove it or uninstall it then reboot it will come on automaticly. if no conflicts close and hit start>programs>accessories>system tools scrol down and hit system restore there you will see a calender with some numbers lit up go to the first lit number and apply the system will reboot and do it’s restore then reboot let your computer start normally and see if you get that message again bet you don’t good luck hope i have been helpful to you
