Is $170 for a 20″ LCD monitor a good deal?

Im looking for a gift for my husband. here are the specs:
BenQ FP202W V3 - 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor - 1000:1, 5ms, 1680 x 1050, DVI
Will this be a good monitor? Does anyone know of any other good deals right now?

Also, i can get this monitor for the same price, which is better?
